About Journal of Korean Medical Imaging

Now that the topics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are overflowing and convergence medical devices and data are abundant, the use of various imaging data for patients, including X-rays and ultrasounds, is a basic attitude of a medical professional who must provide accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Accordingly, the Korean Society of Oriental Imaging studies the oriental medical clinical operation methods of various devices in close consultation with each university, oriental medicine hospital, and research institute, and educates oriental medical doctors in private practice, including oriental medical schools, to improve the work capabilities of oriental medical doctors. We are striving to promote and increase the potential of Oriental medicine.

In particular, in addition to the need for a diagnostic approach, in order to safely use acupuncture, herbal acupuncture, and acupuncture on acupuncture points, meridians, muscles, and nerves, even invisible parts must be measured and performed, which requires accuracy and safety. It is absolutely necessary to use video materials that can guarantee this.

Our society's research and operation will focus on accurate clinical treatment. We will move beyond research for research purposes and enable clinical oriental medicine doctors to produce results that can be used directly in clinical practice.

We ask for your continued interest and encouragement.
